Ingredienti per due teglie
Da "Non solo zucchero - volume 1" di Iginio Massari
250 g di burro
250 g di zucchero a velo
500 g di farina
100 g di tuorli
50 g di latte
scorza grattugiata di mezzo limone
1 g di sale
Togliere per tempo il burro, il latte e le uova dal frigorifero di modo che arrivino alla temperatura ambientale.
In planetaria con la foglia montare il burro con lo zucchero a velo setacciato, la scorza di limone ed il sale, fino ad ottenere una consistenza gonfia e cremosa (il burro dovrà sbianchire).
Unire poco per volta una piccola parte di farina alternandola ai tuorli precedentemente mescolati con il latte. Aggiungere la restante farina mescolandola a mano con una spatola.
Servendosi di un sac a poche con bocchetta dentellata, dressare l'impasto a forma di anello.
Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180 °C per una quindicina di minuti.
In ogni caso, regolatevi con il vostro forno
E quando ci vuole, ci vuole! Meraviglia la frolla montata 😋
